«Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and ...

«Nice location on the island. The view from the third floor was wonderful. (There is not an elevator.) The beach and the pier were nice. The unit itself is old, outdated, needed some repairs and could use a good deep cleaning. The bedroom is extremely small.»

«This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean, decorated nicely, tons of tv viewing options and kitchen was well stocked. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! «This was a great experience end to end. Sparkling clean, modern apt, all amenities, well stocked kitchen for utensils, storage, and pans. Management staff on site are awesome, immediate answers to questions and even accommodated them receiving a package that I had to connect to. "Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. So perhaps an idea to move to a bit later, to enable time for guests to be back from day-activities. "
