«We had a lovely stay at Janette’s apartment, whilst visiting for Harry Potter. The apartment was exactly as listed, spotless & had everything we needed. Check in process was easy & smooth sailing. We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. Would highly recommend & stay again when visiting the area. Thank you Janette.»

«Warm and comfy stay for 2 nights. Hosts were gracious & welcoming with prompt and helpful communication. The studio was luxuriously appointed, with every convenience (beach towels, doggy treats, washer/dryer, guest account for streaming services, brolly, BBQ, outdoor dining setting), and overlooking an immaculate garden which my small dog loved as much as l did! Fabulous nights' sleep on "pillow-top" mattress. Will definitely be recommending to fam and friends, thankyou Julie and Steve!»

«Cosy and clean little downstair studio with fresh and comfortable bedding, and a nice undercover deck and backyard. There were residents upstair, while they weren't noisy as such, we could hear the moving of multiple furnitures and movie they watched as sound travel through the floor boards and balcony and we did find it hard to sleep the first night due to the noise.. There were condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce and balsamic dressings) in the fridge, but two were all expired and one is empty. A ...

«Lynwood Rural Retreat was a wonderful location close enough to town to not feel cast out of society but far enough away to be in the "country." The animals were a great part of our trip as well as the beautiful property. We do wish there had been more of kitchen set up, but everything else was available. «Pros - Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to everything. Underground car park was very accessible but there’s no lift, only stairs. The accommodation is nicely presented and comfortable with modern appliances and amenities. Air con in every room. The kids loved the pool! Cons - The kitchen was lacking utensils and there wasn’t any containers to use for food storage or to heat anything up in the microwave. The foxtel didn’t work properly. «I recently spent 2 delightful weeks at Family Friendly Mt Martha Unit. Excellent location, really comfy queen size bed, nicely air conditioned. The only criticizm I have is the shower over bath with no handles to help navigate †he climb. For an older citizen it was quite scary.»
