«really well priced, great location in the sea front. bedding was super clean and very comfortable. the walls were quite dirty though and the light in the bathroom was permanently flickering. all in all, i really enjoyed my stay. the old school lift is a thing of beauty - don’t ever change it. i think a lick of paint in the room would make the world of difference»

«Really good value hotel experience. I had a sea view from my room. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast inclusive of the price. I wasn't expecting it. Not all cheaper hotels are good, but this one is. Simple, great value and a lovely experience.»

«From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! »

We really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend this property enough. The owner was also nice and friendly and answers to queries right away! 10/10!»
