«Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty.»

«We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town. Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend. We spent a good bit of ...

«The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it.
