«Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. «Dated furniture and rugs. Funny smell likely due to high humidity environment. Room AC's could not make the unit comfortable. Master bed broke; service to repair was expedient but inconvenient. Master bath TP roller broken. Adirondack chair broken; only had one for two people. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Also there was a family with LOUD children running and stomping above us but they did stop by quiet hour (10P). OK place but too much money for what we got.»

«Amazing place and great location. The house had everything we’ve ever needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have more coffee cups. There were six of us and only 4 cups. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.»
