The Villa Bella Vita by ENJOY VILLAS has everything you need for a dream holiday on Moorea !!
Located in a secure and quiet residence, by the lagoon with its private access, its beautiful saltwater infinity pool, ideal for 8 people.
This 130m2 villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom, high speed Internet (Fiber), Smart TV with more than 25 local and international channels, kayaks, barbecue and much more ...

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, a dressing room, a safe, its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and sink.
Bedroom n°2 is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, storage cupboard, as well as its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom n°3 has its own independent entrance, with a small private terrace just in front. it is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), air conditioning, and has its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.

An extra double bed (140x200cm) is located in the Living room. For 2 additional people.

Living room / Kitchen:
The living room is equipped with a beautiful, very comfortable sofa, with a flat screen TV.
The plus = high speed internet (Fiber) and smart TV offering more than 27 local and international HD channels.

In the center, the 100% equipped kitchen, with a bar made of local wood and highchairs.
Equipment: Water fountain (filter), Fridge, microwave, oven and gas hob, small dishwasher, kettle, rice-cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, kitchen utensils, kitchen bottom ....

In one part of the living room, you will have an additional double bed (140 x 200 cm), with a fan, which will accommodate 2 other people, for a total of 8 beds.
Covered terrace / Pool area
The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor sofa and a dining table for 8 people.
The large Deck around the swimming pool offers you a multitude of relaxation areas with sun loungers, sofas, armchairs, umbrellas ...
The pretty infinity pool overlooking the lagoon has saltwater filtration. Indeed, salt does not sting the eyes and it is gentler on the skin and the hair, which makes it a real "plus". It measures 5m by 2.5m and is 1.75m deep.


To the left of the pool deck, you will find a sandy BEACH area, very practical for games for children and adults.
You will also have an electric barbecue, 2 kayaks and a paddle, an outdoor shower with hot water, 2 lagoon accesses that close with a gate as well as 2 mooring moorings for boats (which you can dispose)
A laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline
Pets are prohibited.
Residence Calm therefore forbidden to noise and parties.

The location was ideal. It's so relaxing to wake up to the calm lagoon right there. The kayak and paddleboard access is a plus. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. Anais was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Run down chicken coop with a great view

Older run down 4 bed beachfront unit. Kitchen was outdated and useless. Barely stocked with old crappy knife, pans and appliances. No towels to clean up. Bed in the dining room. 3 towels total. No hand towels, wash clothes or soap. No broom. Great pool with sparse unmatched furniture. Great view. Worst part the dogs and chickens. Between dog fighting at 3 am the roosters crowing for hours made sleep impossible. Once we checked in never heard back from host.

Bella Vita

Overall a very enjoyable stay. We were disappointed with the ‘beach’ and the water did not seem very clean but the swimming pool was great and compensated for this. Small details needed attention ie unsecured toilet seat in one bathroom, light globe missing. Given the cost of the property we found the kitchen and catering equipment was rather poor in that cutlery and crockery, kitchen pans and serving dishes were not good quality and proper wine glasses were short in number. Laundry facilities were good. Surprised at the excellent security arrangements that suggested that the property was at risk of ‘break in’.

I really can’t speak higher of this property, they were so welcoming from the moment we walked in! Extremely clean, very responsive, flexible with arrival and did everything to make this an incredible trip! You NEED to book with this place!

Fantastic ocean front villa

Villa was perfect. Clement was excellent with communications. Convenient location with fantastic views. The kayaks were added bonus as was the swimming pool. Plenty of space with all bedrooms having a in suite bathroom. One bedroom is separate from the main house and looks out to the ocean.

Une belle villa idéalement située.

Très propre, confortable, piscine petite mais très agréable. Kayaks et paddle directement depuis la villa est un plus. En 10 min de pagaie on est à l’entrée de la baie d’Opunohu; magnifique au lever du soleil. Hôtesse très sympa et disponible. Globalement une magnifique expérience. Petit bémol, la literie est un peu dure…

Lovely accommodations

The villa exceeded expectations the house, pool and amenities were all wonderful. The lagoon was lovely for playing and wading as coral was sparse. We spent time exploring all over the island so we did do a lot of driving as the best snorkeling we found was not incredibly close by.

Lagoon Paradise

Villa Bella was the perfect place to spend a week in Moorea. The lagoon views were stunning any time of day. After spending mornings at the beach, we spent most afternoons relaxing in the infinity pool. It was fun to take the kayaks out on the lagoon and tour around the area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The location was also perfect for shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend the property for any stay on the most beautiful island of Moorea. Both Anais and Clement were very responsive and helpful.

Moorea Paradise

Our stay at the villa went above and beyond our expectations! It was conveniently located near our favourite eatery, Snack Mahana. The panoramic view was spectacular and with the openness of the floor plan we could look out onto the vista easily from the kitchen and living room. Anais was wonderful, so helpful in every way. She made us feel so welcome. A memory we will always treasure!

Perfect!

We were so happy here. The property manager was just amazing. She met us when we arrived and when we left and was available to answer questions during the week. She explained everything about the property and the surrounding area. The house opens out onto the deck and the pool, with a perfect view of the lagoon. The gate opens straight into the lagoon so there isn’t a beach, but with the deck we didn’t need it. The kayaking and snorkelling and swimming was easy in the lagoons The pool is a lovely salt water pool which is cleaned twice a week. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We liked having the option of putting the metal shutters down at the front of the property which we used when we wanted to leave things out to dry without worrying about theft and also when there was a big storm in the night. There are some lovely close public beaches and hikes, and we definitely appreciated the pizza place round the corner! We would love to stay here again!

OMG gorgeous

This house is awesome. Literally on the ocean. During the day we swam in the pool and the ocean and at night we watched a full sky of shooting stars. The host was helpful with advice and bookings! Our most fav day, we rented e-bikes and biked all around the island and stopped at beautiful places to swim! I wish we would have planned to stay here our whole trip. We are so sad to leave.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 10 days and what a beautiful spot. Only complaint is that a few houses over was also rented out to a group that liked to make “noise” late into the night. Not this property’s fault as it was an excellent place to stay.
