«As described on VRBO site. Loved the spacious front porch and rockers.»

«We had a wonderful stay at RivahMojo! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (screened porch, backyard and dock) with great views overlooking the water. It was a perfect place for hanging out but the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!»

«Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.»

«We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape.»

«Don’t judge by the outside! Inside, it’s cozy, clean, and packed with great amenities. Comfortable, well-designed, and welcoming, this place made our stay awesome. A hidden gem worth visiting. Highly recommend for those who value a well-maintained, inviting space.»

«We loved our stay. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and our entire family, including the dog look forward to it. Hope to return.»

«We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park ...

«Chip is exceptional»

«Clean house, comfy»

«The home was perfectly situated in Cape Charles and on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with everything, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots/pans and anything you needed to cook with. Check out was a breeze! The screened in porch was perfect in the evening. Golf cart is always a nice touch for properties in Cape Charles.»

«This home is comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. Host is accommodating and communicates appropriately I highly recommend this property!»

«We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!»
