• The terrace is currently under repair and is not accessible.

• Only the front balcony is available for guest use.

• The rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except as an emergency exit.



Building & Noise

The apartment is located in a typical Montreal triplex, where sound can travel more easily between units. You may occasionally hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or normal everyday living sounds. We also ask guests to keep noise at a respectful level, particularly during evening hours.



Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty and applicable deodorization charges.



No Parties or Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. This is a residential building where neighbors live full-time.
