It is one of the most multicultural neighborhoods in Montreal and is home to a wide variety of businesses. Grocery stores and restaurants offer products and foods from almost everywhere in the world.

It is diverse borough with a large student population due to the presence of two universities, Université de Montréal and the Loyola campus of Concordia University not far away.

-Please be aware that the AC and heating systems are operational and accessible in accordance with the appropriate season.
Air conditioning is installed in late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperatures

-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed. Please ensure you have received and read over the Check-in instructions and have them on hand when you arrive, that will make it super easy for you.

-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.

-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of people and construction, not currently but it is possible. If there is expected construction noise, I adjust my prices to reflect the same.

-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.
🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors
This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.

For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.

If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
🐕‍🦺Special Note on Service Animals
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

The Good:*sizable bedrooms & bed was comfortable/large clean kitchen & fridge/laundry soap &-softener bottles were both empty/small btrm-tub & sink were clean/mid-sized living & dining rm The Bad*outside of front door was scratched up*there was a square piece of wood on the inside door lock but the wood was splitting in half*I could smell how musty the apartment was upon entering*there was no TV remote *the owner asked me to look in-between the coach corners (for the converter) I found a cigarette filter head & an old plastic spoon*the front left burner of the stove was not working*the carpets in both bedrooms were so old, the edges were curled up & hard. A few time I tripped as my foot caught on the curled edges*I notified the main property contact shortly after I arrived of most of these concerns. The reply he continued to send back...I've left a message for the cleaning staff, waiting for them to get back to meThe Ugly*baseboards in bathroom and the bedroom I was in were filthy*the screens covering the window in both bedrooms were ripped/ both screen doors were off their slider*all windows in unit were filled with dirt and spider webs on the ledges between window and slider-2nd of my 5 day stay, someone came fixed the sliding windows and left a converter-4th of my 5th someone came and clean the baseboards7/10 for clean kitchen/bathroom/bed3/10 for lack of attention to detail
