Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Montreal! Our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in one of Montreal`s most vibrant neighborhoods. Our apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Our location is ideal for exploring Montreal, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city`s best attractions.
Our property is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Sainte Catherine E in Montreal. The apartment features a stylish and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms each have a double bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a bathtub and shower.
We provide all of our guests with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, and the apartment also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating.
We take great care to ensure that our property is always clean and comfortable for our guests, and we hope that you`ll choose to stay with us during your visit to Montreal.
As our guest, you will have access to the entire 3 bedroom apartment, including the living room, dining area, kitchen. All three bedrooms are available for your use, as well as the two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom located in the master bedroom.
Please note that the building is a non-smoking building, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment. We also ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm.
We want to make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please don`t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
Parking: Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking spot for guests. There is street parking available in the area, but please be aware of the parking regulations and fees. We recommend using public transportation or rideshare services to get around the city.
Check-in and check-out: Our standard check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
Children: We welcome families with children and can provide a high chair and pack-n-play upon request. Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with children.
Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our apartment.
Cleaning fee: Please note that a one-time cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the nightly rate. This fee covers the cost of cleaning the apartment before and after your stay. We can offer cleaning entire your reservation by charge if you need.
We want to make sure that our guests have all the information they need before booking, so please don`t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.

Please treat the space as you would your own.

Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.
🧻 Supplies for Longer Stays
Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.
🛠 Maintenance & Emergencies
In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.

If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
🐕🦺Special Note on Service Animals
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
