Everything went well, and I can’t complain except about the parking. I am very confused as to how the bottom of a hotel doesn’t have a proper in-and-out system, and how the parking staff doesn’t work under the hotel. It makes no sense.
I paid $125 for parking for the week at a set rate, but when I tried to leave, the parking machine wouldn’t let me out. I went back upstairs and spoke with a staff member named Roberto. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, he told me that if the parking card wasn’t working, that was my problem and I would have to pay another fee, which I didn’t understand.
Luckily, another staff member was extremely helpful and came downstairs to make sure my fiancé and I were able to exit without any issues. I am a store manager myself and know when a customer is right or wrong. In this situation, I felt belittled in front of my wife.
Other than that, we had an amazing stay. Please fix the parking situation—it was very stressful.
