No se pueden abrir las ventanas, porque dan a los pasillos, no dan a la calle o panorámicas, el baño no tiene ventana, dicen que te van ayudar con las maletas y no lo hacen, no me gustó.»

«137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. Google wasn't terrific on directions from the Monterosso train station, but with all the restaurants nearby I got steered the right way by the proprietors. «Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!»
