«Es una habitación muy muy pequeña, no tiene caso que tenga cocina ni se antoja pasar un rato en el cuarto, el acceso es con escaleras a desniveles, no aptas para personas mayores de 60 años. No se pueden abrir las ventanas, porque dan a los pasillos, no dan a la calle o panorámicas, el baño no tiene ventana, dicen que te van ayudar con las maletas y no lo hacen, no me gustó.»

«137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. The village is beautiful so it was okay to wait, however, wasted a lot of data getting it solved. When asking to resolve an issue, the individual stated they had to talk to the manager and would not reply back after. «Very conveniently located in Monterosso, just steps away from restaurants but still very quiet. Google wasn't terrific on directions from the Monterosso train station, but with all the restaurants nearby I got steered the right way by the proprietors. «The apartment was great for one, maybe 2 nights. Very well organized and clean and a wonderful location in Monterosso. The responses to texts through this app were non existent or so slow that it was not helpful. We arrived after dark and could not get any lights on. Had to call the number listed for problems and thankfully got Julia who was helpful. Took about 30-45 minutes of going up and down flights of stairs in the dark to flip breakers. «This was beyond our expectations. Location could not be more perfect. Bright and quiet although in a busy spot (excellent windows and soundproofing!). We are a family of 5, so they made up the pull out sofa couch into a bed for my son. It was very comfortable. Thank you for an incredible stay!! We were so happy!!!»

«Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. «My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs. But the location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, so super quiet and serene. Except there are times when you can hear the people above you from the bedroom walking or pushing in/out chairs.
