Landlige hus i Monterey

«Room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the deck, although it needs some updating due to broken boards. I was told the restaurant was a fine place to dine. Desk staff was helpful.»

«When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster.»

«Helt greit hotell i vanlig amerikansk standard. Greie frokostmuligheter. Enkel parkering. »

«We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was ...

«Lovely property.unique historic buildings and rooms with updated amenities! Quiet and peaceful beautiful dinner!»

«It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I»

«Arrived at property around 9:00 PM, office door open, no one at front desk. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience.»

The bedding had visible stains, there was hair and dirt in the corners and rugs, and the towels and linens were old and musty. We did not feel comfortable staying in these conditions. The check-in experience was also unsettling. Our reservation had been handled by a woman named Heidi, but when we arrived, there was only a ...

«Clean, cozy, and charming. The breakfast is delicious and all went smoothly.»

«The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize ...

«Though small, the apartment was efficient, clean, and well stocked in paper type supplies. The kitchen was also efficient though lacking in some basic utensils. They say location, location, location. And, yes, the location is excellent. An easy, short, and nice walk into town . 8»
