Beautiful house, originally a watchtower dating back to the 17th century, with a magnificent view over the Tuscan hills. Enjoy the view, with a glass of good wine, at any hour of the day, but above all at sunrise and sunset.
Refurbished during the centuries and recently restored, the house still preserves the traditional characteristics of a typical Tuscan country house.

The house has a large garden with gazebo, bursting with olive trees, fruit plants and flowers, as well as a swimming pool (depth 150 cm, 6x12 m, open from middle April to middle October) and a Jacuzzi (use on request). Here you can enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, whilst relaxing in the pool or tub. Moving to a slightly lower garden level there is a charming gazebo with a 10-seat table and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
For sport lovers there is a 5-a-side football pitch, a table tennis table and the opportunity to go for lovely, long walks through the oak woods which surround the property.

The villa is 250 sq m, a typical Tuscan stone house, with rustic style features such as wood and terracotta tile flooring, and wrought iron details, without, however, neglecting modern comforts such us air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and the Jacuzzi.
Simply furnished, the villa is on 2 floors.
Ground floor: reading room with a stereo, a beautiful living/dining room with an old fireplace and Sat-TV, DVD player, a spacious well equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer and ice maker, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher).
First floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryers. Two twin bedrooms (can be converted to double) with en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryers.
The tower: separate entrance from the rest of the villa. The original and oldest part of the property has a small living room and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer) on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with a large terrace and breathtaking view over the valley.
