«The villa was large and spacious, just a note, there is only one shower. That wasn’t clear in the pictures on VRBo. We made it work! There is only one key provided l, we wish there would have been two sets of keys. The gas stove probably needs to be replaced. Only a couple of the burners worked, so we were a little bummed out when cooking. However, the villa is a fortress and absolutely beautiful. «Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved siden av sentraljernbane stationen med trikken til flyplassen rett utenfor døren. Frokosten var bra. TV på rommen var veldig gammel og ikke smart TV engang."

"Familie på 6 personer, barn i alder 6-11 år. Veldig fint hotell, hyggelig personale, perfekt lokalisering og fint basseng. Personalet var alltid behjelpelige med å anbefale spisesteder og også reservere bord på disse. Alt dette var et stort pluss for oss som familie. Det eneste minus var alle fuglene på uteserveringen på frokosten. Det var også synd at det ikke var aircondition på treningssenteret, da man her måtte betale 10 euro for å få tilgang i 24 timer."

"Surprisingly positive experience. We've read the reviews and they don't do the place justice. It's clean, it's got an awesome aircondition (we had to turn it off for a while in July (!)), good bed and a fresh design. The toilet is very nice, and you get a complimentory wine. Our room were facing the farden/backyard so there were no noise. The staff are supernice and helpful. Minus: - weak shower - no elivator to the 4th floor (only to 3rd) but that's fine. - fantastic place for a small price."
