«Very pleasant and responsive hosts. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and it was quite uncomfortable with no aircon, especially overnight. The mosquitoes are really bad, the owners kindly provided repellent equipment but we'd already been eaten! The pool is nice and we had it to ourselves everyday. The kitchen could do with more cooking utensils (no wooden spoons). Nice location. You need a car here.»

«This september we visited Empoli. We wanted to stay close to Pisa and Florence, but not in a busy area. This place had exactly what we expected. A perfect view over the winefields with a beautiful sunset. The place could have been more clean. The road to the place is quite bumpy. We were lucky to rent a decent car.
