«Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.»

«Checkin was quick and easy! Some problems with the room key, but this was quickly fixed. Our room M10 was at the end of the corridor and some times during the day it was a bit noisy due to traffic in and out of the hotel. But the service of the hotel staff is top notch. The piano bar is truly "wunderbar" The food is also great! The shuttle service was very handy and a great offer! All in all a great stay at this wunderful mansion»
