«We stayed here over christmas and had a beautiful experience. The hotel itself is just lovely. Our room was huge and we loved the amenities such as coffee maker, closet, and bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and the ocean front location is stunning. We watched the sunset each evening from the pier. You really can't beat this location; the restaurants either side of the hotel are also fabulous. Upon arrival we received bracelets and beach bags with flipflops. «The location isn't the best. It is possible to walk to Punda, which is the main tourist area, but it is best to have a rental car (free parking). The hotel has an interesting history, being a renovated ice cream factory, and is quite picturesque with small houses in varying pastel colours. The owner was interested in art, and had spread different pieces all around the hotel area, making the atmosphere even more interesting and appealing.
