Located away from the town centre, it is easily accessible from Florence, Pisa, Siena, and Lucca within an hour\'s drive. The apartment is part of a beautifully restored villa and perfectly blends an antique structure, decorated with modern furniture. Situated on the first floor, it features two spacious bedrooms, a living room and a large kitchen, making it a comfortable stay for 6.

This home pleasantly welcomes you with a sprawling, well-manicured garden, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers to dine and relax outside. Inside, on the ground floor, there are indoor games like a billiard table, a foosball table and a dartboard in the common corridor. Climbing up the stairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a Mokka coffee maker, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal. A dining table set in the kitchen completes the arrangement. On the opposite, is an inviting living room with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a cosy fireplace.

The apartment\'s antique structure keeps it cool in summer and the fireplace ensures warmth in winter, making it suitable for stays throughout the year.

To spend your days learning a little about Tuscan history, you can visit the museum just next door to the apartment. Additionally, you can also take a tour of the Cisterna Romana, Podere Urlari, Carbonaia del Carfalo and Borgo di Castlefalfi in less than a 10-minute drive. There is also an astronomical observation site (Osservatorio Astronomico di Libbiano) at a 22-minute drive.
