«Upon arrival 10 minutes before check-in the front desk told us our room would not be ready for about 20 minutes and they were short a person. We said that was fine and asked if busy bee cafe was open to eat and they said only another 10 minutes which come to find out it was already closed. I thought at first front desk was not rude but a little short with us but when we came back she was very pleasant and said our room was ready asked where we ended up eating and said it was a really good place ...

«Got to my room and it was gross, shower was gross! Shower drain was beyond moldy, and rusty, AC made a loud terrible noise, bed and pillows were stained. The caulk in the shower was molded.
