«We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. »

«This is a self-service hotel. There is no reception, but you communicate with the staff through WhatsApp. You get a code, after everything is paid online, that you use to enter the front door and the room itself. Very big and nice room, with a small kitchen and a separate area with chairs, and a separate bedroom. Lot of space. There is also a laundry room in the basement. In the backyard there is a nice garden, and there is a pop-up cafeteria, where you can buy breakfast/brunch/lunch.»

«Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building»

The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city.
