«I found out after I booked that the price did not include sheets and towels. I was shaken down for an extra $30 to "rent" sheets and towels. Why would I want a room to rent overnight that doesn't include sheets and towels?? I expected them to be included in the price and cleaning fees I am already paying.»

«After being in europe for two weeks, this was by far our favorite place. David and Claire were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed playing frisbee in the yard and spending time with their dog, Nomi. «I’ve booked the accommodation for my family if three, my teenage son, my wife and my self. The apartment said it fit 4 people. I suppose that means two in the main bedroom and 2 in the living room with the large sofa bed. Problem we have encountered was there was only one set of pillows and blanket for our use in the main bedroom but one for sofa bed.
