«We love Molokai Shores, and were so happy to stay again for the first time since 2019. This unit was great, but looked like it had been sitting since being cleaned so there was a layer of dirt in the loft bedroom area and in the closets. The main bedroom, kitchen and showers were clean as were the sheets. We will still return, just wanted to be honest about our stay. »

«The Sunrise Cottage, and indeed the entire Pu'u o Hoku Ranch is a hidden gem. We may be biased since we held our wedding celebration here back in 2016, but to return ten years later and find it even more lovely was a delight. Molokai isn't for everyone, but to those drawn to it a wonderful adventure awaits. We'll return as often as they'll have us. Mahalo to all those who made our stay so wonderful.»

«Molokai is pretty laid back and not highly developed from a tourist standpoint, which is what we were looking for. The condo, which in its pictures looked a bit dated, definitely was when we got there. So no surprise. But we were disappointed a bit by what we encountered. Several missing or not working light bulbs. A ceiling fan in the bedroom that was either on or off, the chain control for how fast is turned wasn't working. "The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
