«The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. That made what otherwise would have been an excellent stay to just a good stay. Staff was very nice even though they were unable to get the refrigerator situation resolved. »

«I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. «Great price for area. Easy to get to lots of parking large room and it was clean. Rooms are showing wear but I only care about cleanliness. Guy at check in was very nice and we got our room early. Only downside was no in room coffee maker as expected and we didn’t have washcloths had to use the towels but it did its job as a cheap place to stay for casinos.»

«Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. «Disappointed with our stay. We booked here specifically for the pool and shuttle to Mohegan, but the pool was out of service with no notice and the shuttle was late picking us up. When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew.»
