This level also features a separate bunk room with two bunk beds and four Twin XL mattresses, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. With plenty of space to spread out, the upper level is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.

The private waterfront is easily accessible from the house via a well-maintained walking trail through the property. The trail has some natural elevation and may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations, but is otherwise well maintained and enjoyable to walk.

At the water’s edge, you’ll find a charming gazebo, firepit, and comfortable lounge chairs—the perfect spot to swim, relax, enjoy a fire, or simply take in the incredible beauty and complete peace and quiet of Kootenay Lake.

The property is ideally located just 5 minutes north of Woodbury, 5 minutes south of Mirror Lake, and only 8 minutes south of the charming town of Kaslo. You’ll enjoy a peaceful, private setting while still being close to local amenities, restaurants, and attractions.

Cell service on the property is limited, adding to the sense of getting away from it all, but don’t worry—the Wi-Fi is excellent and reliable, making it easy to stay connected when needed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private property, including the beautifully manicured grounds, vegetable garden, waterfront, two-car garage, and full use of the home. Settle in, spread out, and enjoy everything this peaceful Kootenay Lake retreat has to offer.
