«I had booked a room here thru this site. When we arrived it is not the Mitchell Inn, it is a Rodeway Inn. We never even entered the building as we not impressed with the people hanging around outside the building, nor did we feel safe leaving our Harley unattended. This is not a "fair" review, but sometimes you have to follow your instincts.»

«They tried to put us in a first floor room with no blinds or curtains. The whole property is falling apart. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Pool is empty and disgusting looking. This place isn't even worth the $50 we paid. Do not stay here. It should be closed.»

«I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. »

The coffee cups were all dirty; we didn’t use the other dishes. The bedroom and bathroom door knobs were mostly broken and unlockable. One door knob was missing another fell off when opening the door. The laundry/bathroom had no sink to wash your hands. Three of the seven bedrooms had issues with the lamps and outlets not working, we tried looking ...

«Our host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The townhome is conveniently located near interstate and main roads to access shopping and other amenities. We were very thankful we could bring our pets and also enjoy having the family members we were traveling to visit hang out in a more comfortable space. We did struggle with the main floor being cold while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, but we adapted by adjusting the heat and wearing thicker socks. I would encourage slippers ...
