«We stay here often because of the excellent service.»

«We arrived very late with 2 large dogs, the host was lovely, even though she didn’t speak English we managed to communicate……the parking was down a steep hill so if you have bags to carry along with 2 dogs, dog food, dog bed ect ect it’s wise to drop the bags off at the front first, the food was excellent (we had a burger and potato croquettes and the red wine was lovely too, they allowed us to eat with the dogs next to us as there is a nice stop to the side of the restaurant…..the views were ...

«We was here the last night before it was closed due to renovation. Will be very different after I Guess, but good location if you come by car, Nice People working there, good restaurant.»

«It would have been nice if the room had a water boiler and some tea/coffee. For 4-star hotels, these things are normally expected.»

«A lovely hotel just a short walk from the heart of Alcalá de Henares. Very nice, clean rooms and more than adequate breakfast. Considering the reasonable price it was excellent value.»

«Stayed just for one night. Convenient if you are traveling to and from Madrid with the train. Good value for money (at least compared to the hotels in Madrid), if you don't have breakfast included, I would recommend you to go else where, because in my opinion it's not worth it, but at least you have the option. Internet worked fine, and was free.»

Men ingen resepsjon.

«Minus was that the receptionist lied to our faces about any food stores nearby, saying we could use their vendingmachines, there was in fact a huge supermarket next to the hotel... But the stay is very good if your leaving early the next day to catch ur flight, do however come earlier to be able to enjoy the pool area, pool closed right before 19.00, so we only had one hour to enjoy it. Clean and modern, japanese toilet but it didn't work sadly.»

God service i skranken.»

«Ok for a airport hotel. Wouldn’t say there more than one night though»
