My room was clean but ran down. It was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The paint is slapped on and you can see where they got sloppy where the wall meets the ceiling. The shower head had calcium buildup. The doors looked rough. I interacting with 4 or 5 staff. One was over the phone on March 6. I was calling about a reservation and she kept cutting me off telling me to contact Expedia and when I tried explaining things she would cut me off and tell me she hasn’t heard of what I am talking about and to just contact Expedia. I understand if she couldn’t handle what I needed but it pissed me off getting cut off and brushed off. The man that checked me in was kind. In the middle of the night, I called about the shuttle and a late checkout as well as purchased some snacks. The lady night auditor was friendly. In the morning I asked the front desk lady (who may have been the unpleasant woman from the day before, I am unsure) if I could swap out my soda since I grabbed an expired one. She said it was fine and apologized. The man who drove the shuttle was very helpful and I felt safe with him driving. Although some staff was great, I would not stay here again.
