«Room was accurate to the pictures, balcony is small but has an amazing view. It is a condominium so there is no housekeeping. It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food. Also no toilet paper is provided so either buy some before you check in or message host. 2 very thin blankets in the room so you may want to bring a blanket aswell. 3/5 because of the view and photo accuracy but be ready for ...

«I would not recommend this place. I showed up there, there was no wifi so i did not receive the communications regarding checking into the room. I ended up getting other accomodations. «I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items ...

«The location of the place is excellent, making it convenient for various activities. However, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane »

"Recommend to stay here 2 nights for relaxation. Negative: I had 13 visitor (daily use). We booked 12nn for lunch. We were in the restaurant at 11.45 but we got the food almost 1.30pm. we sat and waited. The served the drinks around 1.10 pm. It's terrible. We lost almost 2 hours for nothing . We will not come back for group daily use here. Food combination "bicol express and Binignit for dessert" sometimes are not a good combination because of the coconut milk. "
