«We had 4 couples (and 8 kids) come together in this house. The house is super spacious and has tons of beds. The kids LOVED the movie room. The house is very pretty, easy to get to, and has access to insta-cart and restaurants close by (I say this only because there are parts of Lake Anna that have nothing close by). One tip would be to have more information about how the all TV's work - Instructions on starting the gas fire place, fixing the ice machine, and the one burner on the stove would be a plus and having all light fixtures working upon arrival. «We spent a wonderful weekend away at Ken’s lake house. We booked this just a week in advance so we could get away for Mothers Day weekend. The house was possibly the cleanest place that we’ve rented. We didn’t see any bugs or dog hair inside, even though it’s dog friendly and on the lake. «Getting to and from the lakehouse was a breeze, the location was perfect. Check-In was seamless and so was communcation with the property manager. The house had everything you'd need for the most part, plent of space for everyone to enjoy their time.
