«The cabin was exactly as advertised. A beautiful, secluded location perfect for a getaway. The house was very clean with all of the basic amenities provided. The host provided detailed information and instructions that got us to the property with no problems and knowing exactly what to expect. Additionally, Brian was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had for the weekend. Highly recommend this property. »

«I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. The host is not responsive even when we reached out to him four days in advance asking if we could do an early check-in we got to the date of the booking to check in and the host never responded. He wasn’t even reached out to my Vrbo and never responded, causing my family to spend extra money to now go out and find another location. I wouldn’t advise never booking with this host.
