«Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.»

«Traditional pub building in the middle of a village. The bar was full of local people having a good time but no noise made it through to the bedroom due to very thick walls. Nice room, clean, huge bed plenty of indirect lighting and enough power points. New en suite bathroom. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff. Excellent full English breakfast.»

«We arrived at the Sawmills having made a last minute booking. On arrival we noticed the room was immaculately clean. Despite our booking being a dog friendly room, there wasn't a dog hair in site. Theo and the team couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and at home. We had a lovely evening meal and drinks in the garden, slept like logs and then an amazing breakfast next morning. Worth every penny of the incredibly low price we paid. We will certainly be back and hopefully stay a little ...

«Overnattet bare en dag, men rommet var helt greit, badet så ut som det var nyoppusset. Veldig fint. Rommene var dog ikke på puben, men et anneks ved siden av. Rent og pent. Siden det lå litt utenfor byen spiste vi der. Rimelig og grei meny. Selve puben så også ut til å være godt holdt. Det var også hage med bord. »

«Room was clean beds were comfortable shower which was a wet room for was excellent very easy for my wife to use Bad point was the complete lack of plugs anywhere near the beds meaning I had to get out of bed and cross the room to turn my alarm off. We also had the breakfast which wasn't very good burnt bacon and unhelpful staff when trying to order a drink as they didn't seem to want to make a coffee from the machine instead directing me to the mostly cold offerings on the continental breakfast ...

«The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided.
