«Unless you really need a place to stay in Haliburton, avoid this place. This 'resort and conference centre' appears to be abandon - the grounds are over-grown and looks like a post-apocalyptic film set. When I booked the room through Expedia, the property sent me a note stating that the outdoor pool and the restaurant were closed, and the cable TV was down. They claimed 'they were busy working on restoring it.' I thought that meant the power went down briefly, not 'we haven't had those services ...

«Accueil très chaleureux. Chambres spacieuses et correspondantes aux descriptions. Jardin superbe et coucher de soleil somptueux. On a eut la chance d’avoir un concert de Bill Black (très bonnes compositions). Bref un bon moment. La prochaine fois, on testera la cuisine ! Merci»

«Property was beautiful and well maintained. Dockside restaurant and breakfast were delicious. Brought two young kids and they were entertained for several days with the beach, boat rentals, games on site.»

«The dog friendly cottage is in a beautiful location with an excellent view of the lake from the balcony and the large dock. It is well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfy. I would certainly consider returning.»

«We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to.»

Super smooth check-in, super responsive host, very organized cottage, very well equipped, loved the kitchen, very clean, gorgeous views, amazing sunsets, great wildlife, Herons, otters, loons, deer, etc.. The owner and host have thought this out very well, to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy life to its fullest. 5 stars !»
