«Our favourite place to visit is the argyll and bute area, coming from the central belt with an eye to moving further north we really appreciate having nature on your doorstep and as a result we fell in love with this place. The hosts are very helpful, giving us updates on the day of arrival was so appreciated. Perfect spot for kayaking, fishing and hiking with a lovely, well kept lodge to return to at the end of the day. We're already looking to go back!»

«Brilliant location, the cabin had everything required for a short stay, longer stay, if on your own or in a group, very well named being the cosy cabin, went there to relax and switch off for a bit and that's what i got, would recommend.»

«My party stayed at the other side of Loch Awe a couple of years ago and were keen to return to the area. Decided on Dalavich after driving past the village previously. The cabin is in a great location with amazing views. Not too far from the loch. The cabin was clean and functional. Great size for the 4 of us. «What an amazing corner of the world. Very remote, peaceful and quiet. The hiking was wonderful. The cabin had everything we needed once we had our kitchen stocked with food. My only advice is that it would be nice to know before arrival that the nearest grocery store is 90 minutes away. We could have shopped ahead of time and saved a 3 hour round trip to Oban. Thank you Allan for a clean modern cabin for 9 days.....»

«Prachtig huisje op een mooi vakantiepark. van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De bedden kraakte wel erg waardoor we wel veel wakker werden. tevens kuil in de bedden. Slaapcomfort was voor ons niet voldoende.»

«We have just had a fantastic stay at this beautiful little cabin right opposite Lovh Eck. The cabin itself was really cosy and very clean on arrival. The views were simply breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting out on the decking when the weather permitted us to! The cabin would however benefit from a small canopy to sit under when it is raining as we noticed several others had this feature. Good shower and loved the jacuzzi bath. «Amazing location, just as described! Incredible views from the comfortable cabin and everything we needed. Including excellent WiFi which was a must for us with a child with special needs. Walks into the forest straight from your door and facilities such as a shop/cafe and restaurant within a short walking distance. Can highly recommend the Kilchrenan inn as well, a short drive away for a special meal. Great food and kid friendly. We miss waking up to the Loch on our doorstep, made for a lovely ...

«Lovely setting , Rowan Cafe was lovely and the staff were great. There is no food currently been served in the grill bar which is a shame but the bar was lovely was cosy. We had a few issues with the cabin but nothing to spoil our holiday.»

«We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment accommodated our group of 6 well and was spacious. The furnishings are a little older but the grounds and the view to the lake are lovely. We enjoyed a drink at the onsite bar. It is worth checking the location on Google Maps as it is a little off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm. »
