«The property itself appeared nice, well located, and equipped with several advertised amenities. However, due to its mountainous location, ambient temperatures were very cold and the unit was not adequately heated for winter conditions.When we arrived, the indoor temperature was approximately 2C. "Staff was very accommodating when we arrived at midnight for check-in. Got a room on the 12th floor with a nice view of the town. The bath was nice and relaxing. The hotel is very very close to the train station! All in all a recommended place to stay while in Kumamoto"
