The room was good, bed was good, staff was good. The TV channels didn't match the TV guide, and they weren't labeled in the system, so figuring out what channel was very difficult. I wouldn't think it hard or costly to fix that. Biggest issue was that the hotel was almost empty - no more than 10% occupied at best. When I asked for a late checkout (from 11:00 to 1:00) I was told there would be a $25 charge. That was ridiculous. They clearly didn't need the room, and a slightly late checkout is always done as a courtesy if the hotel isn't empty. This was just a foolish way to capture a few bucks. I say foolish because I'm not likely to stay again when there are many options just because of this policy.
