- A reservation of a room with 2 queen beds was made by one person, due to needing flexibility if 1 or more people would be staying with them. Apparently because of this, we were told to pay a $30 charge on Day 2 of our 5 day stay— this was not mentioned anywhere until the day after check-in. When we checked in originally as 3 people, room cards were given to all of us without any issue. When paying the fee, which was not explained clearly, we were told the actual room fare would not change had they been on the reservation. We felt as if this was an unnecessary and dishonest practice due to the lack of proper explanation and communication at the time of check in.
- Though we were a group of 3 people, when one person briefly came to wait for us in the hotel before we left for other activities, hotel staff accused us of keeping 4 people in the room.
- While we were there, all key cards would deactivate every day around checkout time no matter if you’re still staying in the hotel between 11ish and 12. We had to get new cards at the desk every day.
- No body soap or shampoo was provided. Hand soap was provided but the only thing present in the bathroom was lotion.
- The bathroom was stained on its walls and curtains. No traction on the shower floor preventing tripping/falling due to wetness.
- Multiple members of staff gave rude looks and attitudes to members of our party.
- Card machines on the side doors were inconsistent in opening with cards.
