Hotel was not clean. Trash can at front of hotel was over flowing with trash at check in and when we left the next early morning. Husband had procedure at hospital at 6:30 am in Milwaukee as to why we stayed for overnight. The was a van sitting in parking lot in front of hotel with flat tire and appeared to have been sitting there for a while since the snow plow truck appeared to have been going around it. Not a nice site.
Our room was okay. Appeared to be a fast clean. Tv screen had been cleaned with something that left big stripes that appeared to be scratch marks but could have been removed with a little elbow work. The floors were clean as long as you didn’t look in the corners or around edges. There was 1 towel and 2 hand towels only in bathroom. I had to go to front desk for bath towels, wash rags and floor mat since these were not provided for our party of 2. The bed was the saving grace for the room. It was nice and comfortable.
