«I was very disappointed with this rental. I got an email from the host about eight or nine days before check in stating the unit wasn’t available but he was gonna give us another unit in the same building. Well we got a unit, but it wasn’t in the same building and it wasn’t in the city center like this one was advertised When I spoke to the host about it. He said he accidentally sent me the wrong email and my email was supposed to be sent to someone else. Sounds shady right? I was pretty ...

«I never received access info, The location was difficult to find and when we found it we Found no answer to the phone number provided then one fellow from the building showed up and said he would help and the soon after anotherfellow walked up and said that it happened the night before and the people were from the US. They said it looked like we were scammed. As there were several cruise ships in port We were unable to find alternate accomodations. When I asked what he did for a living he ...

«The location was good and communication with the host was easy and responsive.»

«Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy ...

«The apartment itself was clean and tidy however the entry and stairs getting to the apartment were covered in old dirty and smelly carpet. Most significantly one of the main front windows was jammed open and the mechanism broken in such a way that the window could not be closed. This had obviously been this way for some time but the operator made it sound like he was just finding out ...

«No internet despite stated internet access The kitchen utensils were stained. Very noisy at night until early morning on weekends At times, very long response times on requests/queries.»

«Great apartment in a great location for easy walking access to the city centre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs all within a few minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and I had a lovely stay.»

«The property is a comfortable one. The only issue, which is out of their hands, is the noise on Oxford Street at the weekends.»
