«First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. «I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking ...

«You get what you paid for, the guest house is as basic as anything can be, if you like some tidiness (clean bedding), little luxury (a small t.v.), your own toilet and shower, a good firm (ish) bed then this would be too basic for you »

«I found twice my belongings moved to a different room without notice. Second time i foumd someone booked into my room and my stuff moved. The person had to offer me a his room as the staff did not pick calls. I cancelled the remaining days but still no response from them. Definately will make a complain...»
