«Cannot say enough about how much we love this place. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Bear Mountain getaway. The check in was smooth. The room was incredible. The environment was outstanding. We had a rough schedule because of what we ended up doing there but at night we were at ease. Rested well then move onto next day of another adventure. We are so grateful that we chose this place to rest.»

«The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere.»

«Extremely good value! Property as described-rustic and clean. Spacious and well stocked. Nice swimming spot in the river, too. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars all around is that none of the windows in the house can be opened (except one, right beside the door). On two days of our visit it was quite hot, and it was difficult to cool the house down. There were several fans which was nice-we just opened the door wide and ran the fans before bedtime. «The apt is perfect for 1 or 2 for a 3-7 day stay. The location is easy to find and has quick access to many routes. It's clean and comfy.»

«While I loved the location and the amenities, I was surprised to learn it is a 2 bedroom suite with each room is rented separately. Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. The bedroom doors are feet apart, and it is likely you are sharing a 2 bedroom suite with strangers.»
