«Our room was dirty. I don't even think they had even actually cleaned it. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they never vacuumed them. There were hair and debris in our sheets and what looked like a booger smeared on the nightstand. There was toothpaste still visible on the bathroom countertop area that we cleaned up with wipes ourselves. The shower looked dirty and there were black hairs on the floor and hand towels in the bathroom. We complained and were told they were sold out, ...

«All the stuff is wonderful the room was just as clean if not better then you would expect it to be
They had hot breakfast and if you were running a little late they would wait until you got breakfast to close up and parking was absolutely not a problem
I can not thank my friend for suggesting that I stay there while I was in sown I think I stayed there 10 or 11 nights

«We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !»

«The property was very dirty
We stayed in room 230. On our last night there we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was non-chalant about it and just refunded 1 night of our 3 night stay. The trash was overflowing outside every night. The pool and hot tub were really dirty. Stay somewhere else. This place is disgusting!»

«i got a room specifically with a hot tub and i had to reclean the hot tub myself then the hot tub was making a horrific noise i couldn’t even relax or hear anything so didn’t get to really use it.»
