This flat in the center of Milan is ideal for getting to know and experience the city, being just a few minutes' walk from its major attractions.

Renting this house for short periods allows you to stay in Milan in a functional and quality space.

The flat is ready to use and has every comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Milan, it has:

- living room with open kitchen
- double sofa bed in living room
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with French bed
- full bathroom with shower
- small balcony

> Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the living area. Since the apartment is not very large, the smaller bedroom also benefits from the cool air, although it does not have its own A/C unit.

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by the system

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.
