At night, you can close off the sides and top of the pergola to extend your outdoor living space. The first floor also features a guest bathroom and an office.

It’s an 18-minute drive from Málaga Airport, 1 km to the nearest grocery store, 3.5 km to a large shopping center (Miramar), and 4 km to the beach, sea, and surf.

Due to regulations in Andalusia, we will need a copy of all passports for the people who will be staying at the house.

After booking, we’ll send you a form where you’ll need to fill in this information, along with your flight details.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

This accommodation does not accept groups of young adults.

Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in this property.
The total number of occupants cannot exceed the stated number.

Upon departure, all trash must be removed from the property. If this is not done, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be deducted from the deposit.

Notice: Quiet hours are from 23:00 - 08:00

If any of the above house rules are violated, guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of 1,000 euros in cash is required.
