This newly refurbished three-storey villa features a modern open space living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor, three bedrooms on the second floor, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests: six in beds, one on a fold-up bed in one bedroom, and two on a sofa bed in the living room.



One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, and the front bedroom features a beautiful wrap-around balcony terrace with amazing south-facing panoramic sea views over the lower parts of Riviera del Sol. The large family bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and there is an additional third shower room and toilet on the same floor as the living room, convenient for guests using the sofa bed.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a brand new Smart 85" TV with international channels. A baby cot and high chair are available for an extra fee if requested in advance.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a gated pool (providing added security for children), garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, and a gas barbecue. Enjoy the spectacular sea views from both the upstairs and downstairs terraces.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets, parties, and groups under 25 years old are not allowed. Please note that there are steps up to the first floor. There may be governmental water regulations in place during your visit, which could impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
