The Space:

The villa is exceptionally beautiful with its typical Andalusian features and building techniques that lie quietly in a turning zone with only year-round accommodation around. The gorgeous entrance combined with the location makes this villa perfect for those who want to live privately but still have space and proximity to all that Costa del Sol has to offer. It is only 20 min to the airport.

As you walk through the large entrance door you have the large living room and the dining room to the left, the living room is equipped with A / C, Smart TV with international channels, including Swedish, British, Dutch, German etc.



To the right of the entrance door you have the large and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and place for the whole family, a bit into the kitchen and there is also a laundry room with tumble dryer.



Straight ahead and left from the entrance door, there is a toilet, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds. One floor is a guest room directly to the left with a comfortable sofa bed from IKEA and a desk to the right as you get up from the stairs, you are surprised at the size of the master bedroom, which is stylishly furnished with a private terrace and a spectacular bathroom with Jacuzzi and double sinks with separate toilet and shower.



Another floor is the roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the Costa del Sol and Fuengirola.



In the large garden you have a private pool, sun loungers, cafeteria and a lovely lounge area for the late summer evenings.



Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole villa but the inside of the garage (used as storage) but you can still park for free inside the premises



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

Interaction with Guests:

There is parking outside the garage for 2 cars



The house is fully equipped with A / C in all bedrooms and in the living room, Internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher.
