Welcome to our lovely apartment, located just a 5-minute walk from Royal Beach in Calahonda. The area around the apartment feels like an oasis, perfect for family holidays. You can walk to the beach, reach Lidl in under 2 minutes, and get to restaurants and bars in less than 5 minutes. Some of the coast’s most well-known chiringuitos (beachfront restaurants) are also nearby, where you can enjoy dining in unique settings.



The Space:

Nearby, you will find golf courses, tennis and paddle courts, walking paths, and a gym for those who enjoy staying active.



The apartment features a spacious living room with a dining area and a lovely balcony furnished with a table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the pool area and the lush communal gardens.



The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a comfortable dining space for enjoyable family meals.



There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds.



The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, Swedish and international TV channels, and air conditioning in all rooms.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and bed linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small welcome set with essentials such as shampoo and basic cleaning products. This is a starter package to help you settle in you are welcome to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.

Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and local shops. The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Golf courses, tennis and paddle courts, and other leisure facilities are also nearby.



Calahonda is conveniently situated between Marbella and Fuengirola, offering easy access to both towns, as well as Málaga Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car).



Getting Around:

The area is easy to explore both by car and on foot. Many restaurants, supermarkets, the beach, and local amenities are within walking distance.



There is easy access to the AP-7 motorway, making it convenient to visit nearby towns such as Marbella (15 minutes), Fuengirola (15 minutes), and Málaga Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car).



Public transport is also available, with local bus stops nearby connecting Calahonda to the surrounding areas. Taxis and ride-sharing services are easily accessible as well.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

- You may need to collect the keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival. Final details will be provided the day before arrival, as this depends on the circumstances.
