Lovely and lovely property. Modern, very well kept? Lots of eating options, staff very well coordinated. The pool and Sea of Galilee location was ideal to take a break but also be close to all the sites.

Dear David,I would like to explain that there is a great demand to enter the hotel for all kinds of reasons.Sometimes just to see the hotel and sometimes even to use the services and facilities of the hotel.Since we are committed to a calm and solid vacation in our hotel, we cannot afford the entry of people who are not among the hotel's guests.If we allow visitors to enter the hotel, in an uncontrolled manner, we will find the hotel lobby and other facilities occupied by people we are not prepared for and will not be able to provide service properly.We hope that despite this we will be given the opportunity to return to host you in the future while we do our utmost to make your vacation enjoyable.Best RegardsDorin

Just amazing !
The hotel is just great, -the breakfast and dinner offer a wide selection of delicious food, -the staff is helpful - direct acess to the lake which is nice and refreshing - they have live music evening at the bar in the evening - the only negative thing is that the pool is shallow. I think like 1.20m but was good to hang out there

The property is beautiful. The room was lovely, but would have preferred a room with a sea view. (the hotel was not full by any means) The food was good. My son had gotten sick the night before and couldn't come down for breakfast and when I asked about just getting him a soda, I was told I could get a breakfast box to take to the room for him. Then I was told by another person food wasn't allowed out of the dining room. Anyway, the hotel served its purpose and we had a nice stay.

The hotel is a beautiful property on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Recently renovated, the hotel has a great buffet restaurant, pool and lake access. A big negative was all the children. More children than I have ever seen at a hotel. For peace and quiet, don’t come here when Israeli families take their holidays.

Not worth it.
First was asked to pay again for a prepaid reservation, then was told my reservation was not correct and was forced to either up-pay to walk-up rates or leave. Then it took 30 min to get a wine bottle from the bar, needed to wait to get into breakfast hall and pool was too crowded. By the way, I’m still waiting for the manager who was supposed to call me :). Nice place but way of their price level.

Simply one of the best hotels in the north
Quiet, comfort, kind, great food. The rooms are great, but the facilities (pool, private beach, fun-room for kids) are greater. It wasn't all perfect though, they had an issue with the hot water during our first day, and it took a few hours to fix it, but other than that it was really awesome.
