«Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest.»

«I made a simple mistake making reservations for 4/18/26 instead of 4/11/26. I tried to cancel the 4/18/26 reservation but all I got was the runaround. I am out $187 for a simple mistake that neither EXPEDIA or the hotel would simply correct and refund my money. I made and paid for the 4/11/26 reservation at the front desk of the hotel. I still haven’t received any confirmation of my refund.»

«We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. «The pictures in the suites show a microwave. They have no microwaves and it showed a dining room table. They have no dining room tables in the suites and the shower water was lukewarm.»

«Room was absolutely not as advertised. So outdated, only had 1 queen bed, smelled heavily of deodorant spray, carpet was filthy, walls were stained or just had filth on them. The sink backed up immediately while brushing/washing face and took forever to drain. 1970s mirrored headboard. Stained chair & seat cushions under the window. The hall carpets and elevators were just disgusting. I would have been better at a pay by the hour motel. Parking was safe. Staff were ok. »

«Nail hook sticking out of the near the bed that I scratched my arm on. Lights on one side of bed didn’t have bulbs in it. Free coffee in the morning ran out. No hot water for making instant oatmeal or tea. We had the studio and asked for regular cups and utensils but they didn’t have that either. Room was falling apart and in desperate need of repairs. Do not stay here. Staff not friendly and didn’t care about concerns. »

«Staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was great. My only two negatives are that parking was a mess and very limited. Only a small portion of the parking garage was open so you had to wait for casino people to leave before you could park to hotel-stay. Literally a parking line with long wait times. Second is that all the food is inside the casino part so if you’re traveling with a minor your only option is to order room service or buy a $150 steak at Prime which is the only option outside the 21+ ...

«One, the pool was down and has been for a while but no mention when booking. The breakfast was bad. The walls are super thin and the plumbing is extremely loud. And the shower open the wrong way. To turn it on you have to get sprayed with the water in the face. And you must spray water all over the floor to get into the shower.»
