«Noisy room and a bit worn out bed»

«Familie på 4 med 2 tenåringer ble positivt overrasket på alle områder. Vi bodde i leilighet for 4 personer i 25etg. Guttene våre benyttet treningsfasilitetene. Det ble ikke nødvendig med vask av klær, men greit å vite at hotellet tilbydde dette uten andre kostnader en vaskemiddel. Rommet med kjøkkenfasiliteter var greit utstyrt for den tiden vi bodde der (1 uke). Det som i tillegg trakk opp var veldig profesjonelle, hyggelige og imøtekommende personale som oppmerksomt ønsket oss velkommen med ...

«We stayed four nights here. Although we have contacted the receptionists three consecutive days about giving us new towels, the receptionists answered the same: “ Sorry, we’ve run out of towels”. We ended up buying our own towels from a store. The plastic hooks in the bathroom are too weak to hold a bath-towel so we had to create some damp towel hangers with something else. «We took the smallest suite and it was still very spacious and comfortable, with a living room and a small kitchen. You need to know that Expedia describes it with a free parking. That is wrong, it is 35$ per day. Perfect location to visit NY»

«The room was nice and clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The only disappointing part was the fact that it said online and everywhere in the resort that they are “cashless resort”. When we wanted to pay for some Arts and Crafts activities, they told us pay cash only. So we had to leave. When I called about horseback riding-same thing with cash only. I had to drive outside of the resort, to find an ATM. Just be aware of that.»
